About Gausspeak

Gausspeak is decision support for teams: understand the current state, see what changed over time and decide what to try next.

Gausspeak began as a research platform for studying team dynamics and strategic decision-making. Its Q/M/D model keeps the recorded measurement separate from project context, so the result can stay traceable while interpretation still reflects what is actually happening around the team.

The workflow is deliberately simple on the surface: questionnaire → results → what it means → next action → measure again. With repeated measurements, Gausspeak can also show stability and change over time, while Project Remarks and external factors remain separate context.

Q/M/D values come from the measurement rules. Project Notes, Project Remarks, external factors and AI can help explain the result or suggest what to examine next, but they do not rewrite the recorded measurement. Gausspeak supports decisions; it does not replace them.
